My clinical practice is client focused and client centered. I employ a strengths-based approach to begin each session where the client is at in relation to their lives. My main modalities include strengths-based, solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapies, and trauma informed care. I believe in advocating for clients by helping them accept and empower themselves.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children as well as extended family. I also enjoy hiking with our dogs, downhill and cross country skiing, horseback riding, traveling, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
