Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working with individuals (16+). Specifically, co-occurring disorders including Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma-related disorders. I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing self-esteem issues, adjustment disorders, and relationship conflicts.

Clinical Approach:

Each and every one of us deserves a space where we can be fully seen, heard, and understood. As a therapist, it is my mission to create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment where we can share, heal, and grow together. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches but always implement a person-centered approach.

Hobbies:

I enjoy yoga, going for walks, and being with my friends and family. I am obsessed with my little fur baby, Lou!
