More About Sarah Kudishevich
Clinical Interests:
My areas of interest include mood disorders, stress management, life changes and transitions, relationship issues, grief & loss, and identity exploration. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages.
Clinical Approach:
I take a holistic approach to therapy and integrate mindfulness, somatic practices and strengths-based approaches. I prioritize building trust by creating a safe space for clients and my approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I meet my clients where they are and help to guide them to build trust in themselves and their own capacity to heal. I view clients as the experts of their lived experience and I am honored to support them through the journey of accessing more stability, perspective, and wellbeing.
Hobbies:
I love spending time out in nature, learning to play new musical instruments (currently working on piano), cooking/baking, and spending time with my family. I enjoy learning about and trying new things – most recently I started line dancing and absolutely love it! Spirituality is a big part of my life. I am a certified meditation instructor and would be happy to share meditation practices and philosophies with clients who are interested in bringing a meditation practice into their lives.
