Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, relationship concerns and low self-esteem.

Clinical Approach:

I take a holistic and client centered approach, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Brief Therapy and Positive Psychology, with a goal-oriented and skills-rich focus.


I enjoy sailing, biking and racquetball. I am also interested in traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on the Minnesota Twins and Vikings
