Clinical Interests:

As a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), my passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of substance use disorders, providing compassionate support during their journey towards recovery. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient clinical setting and draw on that knowledge for every assessment.

My current expertise lies in conducting thorough substance use disorder comprehensive assessments. Whether it’s evaluating substance abuse patterns, identifying co-occurring mental health issues or assessing treatment readiness, I approach each assessment with empathy and precision. All my work being done virtually to aid in accessibility.

Clinical Approach:

My counseling approach integrates evidence-based techniques, tailoring them to meet each person’s unique needs. Drawing from patient centered, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention strategies.

My goal for each session is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients can openly share their experiences to ensure a smooth transition of care.

Hobbies:

I was raised on a dairy farm and have a lot of gratitude for the lessons that instilled in my life. It taught me how to work hard, how to appreciate nature and most importantly how valuable it is to sleep-in past 5AM. In my personal life I enjoy long walks with my dogs, playing guitar, video games, scary movies, disc golfing and really anything outdoors.
