Clinical Interests:
I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults working toward overcoming challenges associated with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I have education and formal training in adolescent development and treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Twelve Step Facilitation, and Motivational Interviewing. I take a person-centered approach to therapy and utilize multiple psychological theories to bolster the patient experience including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Biopsychosocial.
Hobbies:
My family is first and foremost in all I do. When I’m not being a homebody and spending quality time with my partner, son, and dogs, I enjoy exploring the cities, reading, listening to music, and studying anthroponomy and family genealogy.
