Clinical Interests:

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, substance use disorder, anger issues, immigration and acculturation difficulties, couple and family conflict, and cross-cultural marital issues.

Clinical Approach:

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and strongly influenced by the holistic and family system approach. I utilize narrative therapy to help clients explore their intrinsic healing power and teach them Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to manage life challenges. I also incorporate clients’ faith and spirituality into their recovery journey.

Hobbies:

I love learning new languages and experiencing different cultures. I enjoy reading, painting, hiking, dancing and traveling.
