Clinical Interests:

I have a broad range of experience and clinical interests including working with people experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma disorders, and substance use disorders. I provide therapy services ranging from support coping with life stressors through managing chronic mental health conditions.

My approach is person-centered and humanistic. I maintain a profound sense of hope and believe that all people have the capacity for healing and the right to do so in a safe and supportive environment. I strive to meet and collaborate with each individual wherever they may be in their path to recovery, and am committed to creating a shared space with an atmosphere of non-judgement.

Hobbies:

In my free time I enjoy reading fiction, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
