Clinical Interests:
I work with adult women in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Including helping women experiencing transitions such as divorce, grief and loss, workplace stress, and other conflicts.
Clinical Approach:
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual need: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, coping skills, and Narrative Therapy.
Hobbies:
I enjoy expressing my creativity with gardening, home decorating, and cooking. Other interests included various family and outdoor activities.
