Clinical Interests:
I love working with a variety of people, young and old. I am interested in Individual, Family, & Couples/Marital Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, OCD, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, Eating Disorders, Autism Spectrum, Adjustment Disorders/Life Transitions, Childhood Disorders, & Personality Disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I desire to approach each client with respect and curiosity about their unique life story. I want to form a strong therapeutic relationship that will provide a foundation for healing and transformation. The therapies that I will utilize are Emotionally Focused, Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Existential, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and attachment and systems theories. I am also a Catholic/Christian therapist.
Hobbies:
I love crafts, coffee, and beautiful spring days. I spend most of my free time hanging out with my family or studying all things Philosophical. My faith is the most important thing to me and I cling to it when things get dark. I am in awe of the beauty and complexity of people, life, and creation. I am honored to do the work that I do.
