Clinical interests include working with a wide range of mental health disorders, including trauma, depression, anxiety, personality, sexual, relationship issues (family and couples), and specializes in LGBTQ issues.
Clinical Approach:
Clinical approach includes being compassionate and supportive, while providing a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties utilizing a collaborative strengths based approach. With ability to utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, family system based approach, and Relational Gestalt Therapy.
Hobbies:
Enjoys nature, traveling, and spending time with family. Hobbies include photographing nature, for nature has its own therapeutic healing properties.
