Clinical Interests:

My interests include ages 12 through adult. I provide counseling for any age related concerns, anxiety, depression, serious persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring conditions, substance abuse, addictive behaviors, stress management, grief, couples, and family counseling.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize aspects of different therapies including client-centered, solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy the Minnesota summers! I love doing outdoor activities with my family and friends, going anywhere in nature. I enjoy going to State Parks, camping, hiking, walking, biking, boating, water related activities, and fishing.
