Clinical Interests:

I specialize in working with clients with a co-occurring diagnosis. I am interested in severe and persistent mental illness as well as childhood mental health concerns.

Clinical Approach:

My primary clinical approach is client centered. I use a variety of techniques from motivational interviewing, DBT skills, CBT, Sand Tray therapy, solution focused and narrative therapy.

Hobbies:

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, baking, bonfires, and attending sporting events.
