Clinical Interests:
I work with adolescents and families experience truancy issues, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, and relational issues.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a variety of clinical approaches depending on client need. I work from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach. I am also influenced by the family systems approach, exploring how family factors impact individual and family functioning. I also utilize Systemic Family Therapy (SFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.
Hobbies:
In my spare time I enjoy hiking and being outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family and binge watching Netflix, especially anything related to sci-fi and time travel.
