I believe in providing a comprehensive, holistic, and inclusive approach to mental health care. With a focus on LGBTQIA+ affirming care and shared decision-making, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

I focus on ensuring that my office is a safe space where individuals can express their true selves without judgment. I work alongside my patients to help them take an active role in their mental health care. I encourage clients to explore their challenges and work towards positive change while fostering a sense of ownership and promoting better, evidence-based treatment outcomes.

Above all, my primary focus for those I serve is enhancing the overall quality of mental health. I tailor treatment plans to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, mindfulness techniques, and utilizing trauma-informed care.

Hobbies:

I enjoy relaxing with a good book when I can find a few moments of peace and quiet. On busier days, I prefer to listen to audiobooks while on the go. I love being outdoors, traveling to new places, concerts, exploring new music, and various little hobbies like knitting, gardening, watercolor, and tangle art.
