My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use disorders, adolescents, self-esteem, and life transitions

Clinical Approach:

My approach is eclectic in nature combining Person centered, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

Hobbies:

I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, especially in the summer months. Some of my favorite hobbies include hiking, boating, camping, and biking. During the winter I enjoy spending time with family, cooking and baking, and finding some time to relax.
