Clinical Interests:

I am most interested in the treatment of substance use disorders, grief/loss as well as depression and anxiety. I also enjoy treating persons with bipolar disorder, PTSD, and trauma. Additionally, I find great reward in life coaching, which can include, but is not limited to, career, education, relationships and general goal making.

Clinical Approach:

My approach to counseling and therapy involves a laid-back therapeutic relationship where we are able to have open, trusting conversations in a safe and inclusive environment and can focus on your strengths and together figure out a process and approach that works best for you. I would be a good fit for you if you are looking for someone who is not afraid of humor, frankness and warmth. A great therapist or counselor is a gift of self-care and I hope you find the best person for you.

Hobbies:

I was born and raised in Nebraska and am a huge college football, specifically Huskers, fan (please don’t hold this against me). As a past college athlete, I enjoy kickboxing and running. I am an avid golfer and enjoy spending time with my family.
