Clinical Approach:

Tyler is a mental health clinician honored with the privilege to help others heal and explore meaning for their lives. She embraces a client centered approach that endorses personal agency while threading in knowledge to increase understanding, awareness, and insight. Cognitive behavioral and systemic theories are used to identify barriers in beliefs and social structures. She also endorses opportunities to increase biopsychosocial spiritual wellness. She is attuned to the power of words and the narrative spoken to ourselves and others. She is passionate about promoting and advocating social justice and finding strength and purpose in our individual identities.

Hobbies:

Tyler loves creativity, music, & movement; and it has shown up in many different ways! From competing as a co-captain in college wrestling to fitness competitions, to a LOVE of performance ranging from musical theater, marching band, dance choreography and performance! When Tyler desires to slow down, she finds peace and meaning in stillness. This can look like getting lost is a book, hanging out with animals ( she has two fur babies), or connecting with people, ideas, and experiences fill her cup with deep and invigorating satisfaction.
