Clinical Interests:

I work with individuals struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harm/ suicidality, and interpersonal stress. I primarily work with adults; however, do also work with adolescents. I have training in DBT and Prolonged Exposure.

Clinical Approach:

I use a systemic approach while trying to find a balance in acceptance and change to help individual reach the goals they set for themselves so that their life is a life worth living.

Hobbies:

My main interest is running yet I enjoy hunting and fishing. During the summer months I take care of my vegetable garden while in the winter months I play more cards. My two boys and my also enjoy spending time together outside and doing things as a family.
