My interest is working with adults with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, grief and addiction, relationship issues, and stress management.

Clinical Approach:

I have a person centered approach where I accept and meet people where they are at by focusing on their strengths and wellness while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy painting with watercolors and acrylics, reading, meditating, walking, lifting weights, biking, swimming, Tai Chi, singing, and traveling.
