My focus is on providing compassionate support to teenagers and adults. I am committed to working collaboratively with you to navigate and overcome the challenges you’re facing. I have experience working with patients who struggle with substance abuse disorder, general anxiety disorder, major depression disorder, PTSD, trauma-and-stressor-related disorders, schizophrenia spectrum, other psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, or personality disorders (cluster A & C). My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for your healing journey.

Clinical Approach:

In my therapeutic practice, I offer a welcoming space for my patients. I specialize in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, recognizing the importance of personalized care in addressing mental health issues. My approach combines Art Therapy, Logotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Therapy to address a range of concerns. Whether through creative expression, finding meaning, understanding unconscious processes, or changing thought patterns, I tailor the approach to suit your unique needs. Your mental health is my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

In my free time, I enjoy a variety of different hobbies. From pottery, drawing, and sculpture to calligraphy, fine arts, animation, and new media. I also find joy in performance arts, comic books, geography, history, disc golf, board games, martial arts, and languages.
