Clinical Interests:

My goal in therapy is to help people find hope and joy again, even in the midst of challenging life situations. My clinical interests include: domestic violence, women's issues, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief/loss, couples therapy, abuse (sexual, physical, verbal), trauma and life transitions.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approaches include but are not limited to: experiential, solution-focused, narrative and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work with adult individuals and couples.


I enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, walking my pup and spending time with friends and family.
