More About Will Doherty

Clinical Interests:

I’m interested in supporting adults, families, and children who experience neurodivergence and challenges managing features of their mental health disorder. I’m passionate about helping young parents who are experiencing difficulty managing life stressors and challenging family dynamics.

Clinical Approach:

Building a therapeutic working relationship together and establishing mutual trust is critical to lay the foundation needed to inspire real change and understanding that we all have the potential to improve our lives through interpersonal connection. I rely on my DBT training while using strength based and solution focused interventions as well.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending quality time outside with my family hiking or weekend camping trips. I love playing ultimate frisbee, basketball, and soccer when I get the chance too.
