Counseling Clinical Trainee dedicated to providing exceptional care and devising creative and effective treatment plans to successfully treat children, adolescents, adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ dealing with mental health issues. Passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life.
Clinical Approach:
I have an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Solution-Focus Brief Therapy. I believe in strength-based theory because people have inner strength and are resilient. My job is to accompany them to self-enlightenment. The healing journey may not be an easy route. I am ready to provide companionship toward your recovery.
Hobbies:
I enjoy novels, music, movies, games, cooking, traveling, and Zumba. I have a husband, 2 children, and a dog. They keep me busy and happy. On a sunny day, ideally, I get to take a walk in the park. I am intrigued by exciting new things. That is why I travel to different countries and places. The scenery and the people inspire me. Do you have a story to share? I am listening.
