Clinical Interests:
I am passionate about working with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorders, attachment, relationship dynamics, family generational influences, and the criminal justice population. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on building positive connections.
Clinical Approach:
My approach varies depending on the client, their needs, and where they are at. I use an integrated approach with techniques and interventions from Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Informed Care. Additionally, I utilize a strengths-based approach and focus on the positive traits of my clients as well as their strengths and resiliency factors. My approach is client-centered and client-led.
Hobbies:
I love spending time with family and friends, watching Netflix, exercising, and spending time outside.
