Clinical Interests:
Trauma/attachment, adolescent behavioral issues, family and relationship issues, developing internal awareness and emotion regulation skills, teaching mindfulness and self-soothing techniques to increase the window of tolerance as well as art and play-based interventions. I utilize creativity to develop individualized interventions to best support the client in working towards their goals. I enjoy working with clients to help them develop hope, insight and motivation.

Trauma-informed care, psychodynamic, systemic, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, CBT and other integrative approaches. I value the importance of an individualized approach for clients to best support their needs and goals.
