Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include adjustment issues, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, stress management, ADHD, behavioral/developmental difficulties, insomnia, and self esteem. I work with teens (ages 13 and older), and adults.
Clinical Approach:
I use an eclectic approach to therapy and draw from a variety of treatment modalities, with a heavy focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help each individual achieve personal growth and healing, based on their unique needs, strengths, and abilities.
Hobbies:
Travel, home projects, baking/cooking, and family time.
