Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with children, families, and adults to promote improved individual and family wellness. I am interested in finding unique ways for clients to express themselves, whether through talk, art, music, or play. In addition, I'm particularly interested in mental health treatment related to anxiety, depression, body image, anger management, relational issues, and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I take a strengths based approach to understanding and supporting clients and draw from various frameworks to meet individual needs, including incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, play, and expressive art techniques.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I love to read, cook/bake, hike, camp, and spend time with my family and friends.
