Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with women whose mental health is struggling through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and/or pregnancy or infant loss. I also have experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in a collaborative relationship between client and therapist, and that therapy should be as unique as each individual client, focusing on their specific needs, strengths, and whatever works best for them in sustaining positive change.
Hobbies:
I enjoy baking, spending time with family, friends, and my two dogs, visiting the North Shore, and cheering on the UMN football team - Go, Gophers!
