Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest is in providing individual therapy for all ages. My personal clinical interests include but are not limited to, ADD/ADHD, adolescent issues, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, CBT, college aged and student issues, DBT, depression, developmental/cognitive delays (TBI), grief and loss, guilt/shame, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-identity, stress management and work issues.
Clinical Approach:
I will incorporate CBT, DBT and psychoeducation which will help to provide information as well as support, to better understand and cope with mental illness.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family, playing outside with my two dogs, playing video games, and watching my favorite tv shows!
