Clinical Interests:
Donald received his bachelors degree in science of psychology from University of North Dakota. He received his masters of science from Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He enjoys working with children, adults dealing with a diverse range of areas such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, interpersonal issues, childhood disorders, ADHD, and more. Donald works to create a warm environment for every client, to have a safe place to promote a successful therapeutic environment for the client.
Clinical Approach:
Donald uses a person-centered approach when working with clients to better understand where they are here and now. He uses different types of skills such as grounding techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
Hobbies:
Donald likes to write poetry, short stories or novels. In the summer, he goes for walks, ride bikes or can be found on a boat.
