I use a direct approach with helping individuals learn skills to better improve the quality of their lives.

Clinical Approach:

I primarily use person centered, CBT, and solution focused brief therapy. I like to meet the clients where they are at and work forward. I also appreciate challenging and pushing my clients to their potential.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with my son, 2 cats and a dog. I also enjoy streaming many TV shows and movies. I love to read when I have free time. Every Spring, I look forward to knowing that warmer weather is coming so I can enjoy the outdoors.
