Clinical Interests:
My love for outpatient incorporates a wide range of clinical interests including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, LGBTQ+/identity concerns, grief and loss, life transitions/adjustment disorders, relationship issues, and stress management.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in a client-centered approach and finding the magic in meeting each individual where they are at. I utilize a strength-based approach as well as incorporating elements of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused modalities. My main goals include symptom management and promoting daily functioning which are facilitated through creating a strong therapeutic relationship and embracing self-awareness. Clients can expect support within an inclusive environment while navigating the waves of life.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, you can find me singing/listening to music, snuggling with my pets, spending time with my family and friends, or watching football/sports and probably obsessing over my fantasy teams.
