Clinical Interests:

I work collaboratively with teen and adult clients. I enjoy focusing on coping skills, co-occurring diagnoses, boundary work, ASD, depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, ODD, sexual deviancy, stress reduction, esteem issues, relationship issues and life transitions. I have a special interest working with clients who have been incarcerated or on probation.

Clinical Approach:

There are a variety of approaches I use with clients which will be tailored to their needs. Most often I will use Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy.

Hobbies:

I enjoy crocheting, crafting, watching TV and movies, baking, and various activities with friends and family.
