Clinical Interests:

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and posttraumatic stress disorder, attachment issues, and behavioral issues among other things. I work with individuals and families.

Clinical Approach:

My primary frame of reference for therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on coping skills. I also incorporate the strengths based approach, motivational interviewing and Adlerian play therapy when working with children.

Hobbies:

I enjoy scrapbooking, arts and crafts, and spending time with my family.
