More About Juliann Stark
I'm interested in neurodiversity including helping clients with ADHD or on the Autism Spectrum navigate life. I'm also passionate about LGBTQ issues including acceptance, coming out, transition, and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with adults and adolescents.
As a newly graduated counselor, I believe the relationship between a client and counselor to understand each other helps build the foundation for counseling. My goal is always to create a warm and welcoming environment to help the client find methods and strategies to best manage mental health and aid in their recovery. Every client that comes into my office brings a unique and rich experience that can help aid in healing and building strength.
In my personal time, I enjoy writing, reading, and playing table top games with friends and family.
