Clinical Interests:
I work with Adults with a variety of mental illnesses, but primarily depression and anxiety.
Clinical Approach:
I use a person centered approach to therapy and try to meet the client's where they are at. I have a background in Art therapy and like to encourage my clients to engage in creative activities. I use a variety of techniques including motivational interviewing, CBT, and teaching various coping skills to help clients achieve their goals.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I enjoy painting and drawing and going to look at art at museums. I also enjoy sports including volleyball, basketball, and football.
