Clinical Interests:
Has a clinical interest in working with attachment issues, anxiety and depression, shame and guilt, as well as issues regarding identity, spirituality, and life transitions, in children and adults.
Clinical Approach:
Coming from a person-centered perspective, I am passionate about the opportunity to listen gently to people in a way that conveys dignity, respect, worth and hope as we collaboratively explore and continue to author their developing stories.
Hobbies:
Spending time with family, including playing with my niece and nephews. Reading, classic Hollywood films, bike riding and talking nature walks. Current goal of exploring my home state of Iowa more.
