Clinical Interests:
Through my years of working in mental health, I have worked with many different types of individuals and populations. My heart and passion for children and young adults is what brought me to this position as a school based therapist. Some of the most challenging and educational times of our lives are in childhood. I feel so blessed to be able to help children and young adults navigate learning about mental health, learning social and coping skills, learn about their identity, navigate grief and loss, and so many aspects of childhood and young adulthood.
Clinical Approach:
Through motivational interviewing, person in environment, and cognitive behavioral therapy I am able to help children and young adults navigate both their world and the world around them.
Hobbies:
When I’m not working I am spending time with my family and friends. I love to watch movies, cook, bake, and play games.
