Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with neurodiverse (ASD and ADHD) and neurotypical people as well as LGBTQIA+, depression, anxiety, and I am eating disorder informed. I see adults, ages 18+.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy modalities. I like to get the mind and body centered to facilitate healing the whole person.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, knitting, crocheting, needle felting, embroidery and reading.
