More About McKayla Kent
I work alongside adults experiencing symptoms from their mental health diagnosis’. I also work with adults who have developmental disabilities. I work with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety and behavioral issues. I also work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions or adults with mental health concerns that are impacting their ability to manage day to day life. I have worked extensively among the Black and Latinx communities, and with families of low social-economic status.
Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and play therapy.
I enjoy being outdoors year round doing activities. I also have dogs that I spend time with. Traveling to new locations, music, reading, and sports.
