More About Megan Paul

Clinical Interests:

My current focus is on the adult population. Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Self-Esteem, Guilt/Shame, Grief/Loss, Postpartum/Perinatal Mood Disorders, DBT Skills, CBT, Psychoeducation, and Mindfulness are some of my interests and specialties.

Clinical Approach:

Mental Health is a journey that I go on with my clients. The approach I use involves meeting a client where they are at, and walking beside them to guide and give them the tools they need to successfully complete that journey. By using motivational interviewing, CBT, positive psychology, and psychoeducation, I strive to help clients understand what they are experiencing, facilitate change, build on their strengths, and find healthy ways to navigate their mental health journey.

Hobbies:

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, getting outdoors and enjoying nature, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and cheering on the local sports teams.
