Clinical Interests:

I work with children and families who experience a variety of behavioral and mental health issues/concerns. I have experience working with some common diagnoses such as: General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Clinical Approach:

I use a person centered, strengths based, trauma informed approach when working with children, adolescents, and families. I incorporate CBT and DBT techniques such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, journaling, deep breathing, and skills training.

Hobbies:

I enjoy outdoor activities, reading, playing with animals, and visiting with friends and family.
