Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, starting where the client is. I try to create environment where each client can feel safe, validated, welcome and supported. I strongly believe in building a therapeutic relationship, where I work with my clients to meet their needs. I believe in a holistic treatment plan where mind and body are considered mutually dependent on each other, and both considered an important part of the treatment plan.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy, walking, biking, swimming, listening to music, spending time with my family and friend, scrapbooking, reading, baking, watching movies, playing games, singing, playing my flute and shopping.
