Clinical Interests:
I have a special interest in working with couples and families but also enjoy working with individuals. I have experience working with individuals with various mental health diagnosis including depression and anxiety.
Clinical Approach:
I use a person centered approach with the understanding that individuals are the expert in their lives. I remain flexible with each client and adapt to their specific and unique needs. Depending on the individual, family or couple-EFT, structural and narrative therapies are the approaches and techniques I normally will use in therapy.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with loved ones. I have two cats, Dean and Louie, and you can often find me having a relaxing day on the porch with them and a good book when the weather is nice!
