Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, identity concerns, career/work issues, relationship struggles, spirituality/faith concerns, grief and loss, sexual concerns, gender identity and sexual orientation, life transitions, and self-esteem. I also enjoy conducting psychological evaluations for adults to help address questions about their struggles and to inform ongoing treatment.

Hobbies:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my immediate and extended family. This often includes camping, hiking, canoeing, and traveling. I also enjoy reading, cycling, and puttering in the garage.
