Clinical Interests:
I have a master’s degree in social work and a bachelors’ degree in gerontology with minors in sociology and psychology. I currently have LGSW and LADC in the state of MN. I specialize in the treatment of dual disorders with the use of a multifaceted approach that is individualized to each person’s needs and goals. I also have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
I have completed certification to teach yoga. It’s through this training that I gained a special interest in somatic treatment technics within my practice. It’s amazing to me how our bodies hold on to stress and that we can have more control over our experiences than we think. Therapy can be much more than laying on a couch sharing your innermost workings with a perfect stranger.
Currently have openings for adults and adolescents for mental health treatment and adults for substance use disorder treatment.
