My clinical interests include trauma focused therapy, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and working with a systems perspective to help others achieve their behavioral/mental health goals.
Clinical Approach:
I take an individualistic approach when working with kids and families. Each client and family requires their own therapeutic approach. It is imperative to meet the client where they are at.
