Clinical Interests:
I feel I have success with older kids and adolescence in the areas of mood disorders, and ADHD, and self-regulation. I have interests in the areas of systems, existentialism, Slef-regulation, and understanding the effects of mental health at the micro on the macro aspects of society.
Clinical Approach:
I tend to focus on psycho education, self-regulation, development of identity, improving cognitive processes, acceptance, the importance of adaptability and growth. I often incorporate developing improved responsibilities and focusing on person centered solution focused critical thinking.
Hobbies:
I am a gamer both video and table top (board and card games,) I make props for costumes and cosplay, I'm working to do a facelift on our house, and I enjoy movies and TV with my wife and pets.
