Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest encompasses anxiety, depression, Autism, adjustment, behavioral issues such as ADHD or ODD, relational issues, attachment, trauma and abuse. I work with children ages 2+.
Clinical Approach:
My preferred approach is to use a blend of strategies tailored to each client. I am rather existential, and use a lot of CBT, play strategies, art therapy, sand tray, experiential exercises, and sensory interventions. I am a huge proponent of skill development and prevention. I am an EMDR trained clinician.
Hobbies:
My personal interests include sustainable living, recycling, reducing my carbon footprint, and gardening. I enjoy reading, knitting, cooking, and photography.
